Welcome to our home. While we would like for you to feel as at home and comfortable as you do in your own home, there are a few rules we ask that you follow while staying with us:

01/

NO SMOKING

Please do not smoke inside the house. If you would like to smoke outside, please dispose of all trash in the appropriate receptacles.

02/

MAXIMUM CAPACITY FOR THE HOUSE IS TEN (10) PEOPLE

There are no more than 10 people allowed in the house. The hot water and bathrooms will not be able to sustain additional guests.

03/

NO PETS

Pets are not allowed. While we love pets of all kinds, allergies of other guests do not allow us to accept pets at this time. Sorry.

04/

THE FIREPLACE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL

Because of the age of the fireplace, any use will result in damage to the house and its occupants. The fireplace is for aesthetic purposes only.
